Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

At Unified Accessibility, we are committed to serving a diverse, global community by providing equitable access to our products, services, and digital environments for people of all abilities.

We believe accessibility is a human right and a vital part of delivering inclusive, high-quality experiences. Through our UA Nexus philosophy "Built for everyone, everywhere" accessibility is embedded into how we design, build, and deliver our solutions.

Whether individuals engage with Unified Accessibility online, through our platform, or through digital content we provide, we strive to ensure they can do so without barriers. Accessibility is integrated across every touchpoint to support independence, dignity, and inclusion.

Our Commitment

At Unified Accessibility, we design and build with people of all abilities in mind. Accessibility is central to ensuring that our products and services are inclusive, usable, and equitable.

We recognize that no single standard or checklist alone guarantees inclusion. Meaningful accessibility requires lived experience, thoughtful design, technical discipline, and continuous evaluation.

That's why we:

  • ·Integrate accessibility considerations from the earliest stages of design and development
  • ·Incorporate insights from team members with lived experience of disability
  • ·Evaluate our work against established accessibility standards throughout development
  • ·Equip our product, design, engineering, and content teams with embedded accessibility tools, standards, and training
  • ·Hold ourselves accountable to defined accessibility goals and measurable improvement

Accessibility is a shared responsibility grounded in empathy, accountability, and practical action. We are committed to delivering experiences that truly work for everyone.

Standards and Alignment

Unified Accessibility aligns its digital experiences with recognized accessibility standards and applicable accessibility requirements.

Our primary benchmark is:

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA

Our practices are designed to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and relevant accessibility requirements, including:

  • ·Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • ·EN 301 549 (European accessibility requirements for ICT)

WCAG 2.2 Level AA serves as our global baseline for web, mobile, digital documents, and other digital content.

How We Advance Accessibility

Accessibility is embedded throughout our design and development lifecycle.

Our evaluation practices may include:

  • ·Automated accessibility testing tools
  • ·Manual keyboard-only testing
  • ·Screen reader validation
  • ·Color contrast analysis
  • ·Semantic structure and markup review
  • ·Feedback from individuals with lived experience of disability

Accessibility issues identified through testing or user feedback are evaluated and prioritized for remediation as part of our continuous improvement process.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

We aim to support compatibility with widely used assistive technologies, including screen readers, magnifiers, voice input tools, alternative keyboards, and switch devices.

Because user environments vary, compatibility may differ depending on browser versions, device configurations, and assistive technology combinations.

Need Help or Want to Provide Feedback?

If you encounter a barrier while accessing Unified Accessibility's platform or content, or if you require information in an alternative format, we welcome your feedback.

We aim to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within 2-3 business days and are committed to addressing issues promptly and respectfully.

Advancing Accessibility

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment to inclusion, equity, and continuous improvement. As technology evolves and user needs change, Unified Accessibility remains focused on delivering solutions that are accessible, intuitive, and inclusive by design.

We are proud to support organizations worldwide in advancing accessibility and will continue investing in the people, partnerships, and practices that help create a more accessible digital world.
