About Unified Accessibility

Who we are.

We are building the future of digital accessibility, and we are doing it with the people who understand it best. Technologists, accessibility experts, and members of the disability community working together to create platforms that do not just meet standards, but transform experiences.

Accessibility is a human right, and trust is earned through consistent action. Every product decision we make, every partnership we build, and every commitment we deliver is measured against that principle.

What guides the work

Three values, held to consistently.

Not a wall poster. A working set of principles that shape who we partner with, what we ship, and how we show up for every customer.

Three values, held to consistently.

01 · Inclusion

Built with the community, not for it.

Our team and our solutions are shaped by the disability community itself. Lived Experience sits alongside technical expertise on every decision, so we build products that truly serve everyone, everywhere.

02 · Innovation

Accessibility is the catalyst, not the constraint.

We center accessibility in our problem-solving from day one. That reframing produces creative solutions that push the industry forward and benefit every user, not just the ones who need assistive technology.

03 · Integrity

The highest ethical standard, publicly held.

Transparent practices, published pricing, and follow-through on every commitment. Accessibility is a human right. Trust is earned through consistent action.

Monica Goel

Founder and CEO, Unified Accessibility

Monica brings over 30 years of technology leadership and 6 years pioneering Digital Accessibility at CVS Health, where she built and scaled enterprise-wide programs serving millions of users. Her journey into accessibility began in 2018 from a place of curiosity, inspired by stories of people with disabilities who innovated to overcome barriers.

Today, as both an accessibility leader and a person with a disability, Monica combines professional expertise with authentic Lived Experience to drive meaningful change. She founded Unified Accessibility on the belief that accessibility is not about compliance. It is about creating transformative experiences that empower everyone.

Where the mission lives

Every engagement becomes work for the community we serve.

Accessibility is a human right. The most important thing we can do with that belief is turn the projects we deliver into paid, professional work for the community we serve.

Every engagement becomes work for the community we serve.

We are building partnerships with disability-led organizations and with individuals with disabilities directly. Every engagement increases the amount of paid, professional work we can route to those networks. That is how we measure whether our commitment to accessibility as a human right is real.

Conversations are ongoing. When those partnerships close, this is where they will live.
